Dr. Smith offers clients mentor matching services that help to connect individuals with our community of coaches, subject matter experts and industry leaders. Mentor Matching consultation includes a brief 30-minute virtual discovery session at which time Dr. Smith will work to better understand the personal and professional interests, goals and aspirations of those who are interested in regular mentorship and coaching for living, learning and leading. Dr. Smith helps mentors and mentees save time through this in-take process, in order to quickly and efficiently connect like-minded people who are passionate about working together to accelerate opportunity and possibility.
